Klasnic Wants Future Sorted Werder Bremen striker Ivan Klasnic has expressed the desire to have his future decided before this summer’s European Championship finals as transfer speculation surrounding him continues.

The Croatian is out of contract in the summer and with no new deal as yet agreed with Werder Bremen other interested parties are beginning to sniff around as to the player’s availability.
In was reported earlier in the week that Borussia Dortmund were keen on taking him to the Signal Iduna Park, and reports in today’s ‘Bild’ claim that Turkish side Besiktas are also a potential suitor.
The Turks, who reached the Champions League quarter finals this season, are reportedly offering a lucrative 2 million wage offer.
Premier League side Wigan are also believed to be following development closely.
"I want clarity before the European Championships" 28 year old Klasnic said.
The ball is very much in Werder Bremen’s court. They have a matter of weeks to convince Klasnic to stay and offer him a suitable contract.
If that doesn’t happen it looks likely he will move elsewhere sooner rather than later as he looks to concentrate on playing for Croatia at this summer’s Euro 2008 tournament.
