Toyota Motorsport GmbH is the fully-owned motorsports subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation, one of the world's most successful automotive manufacturers. Operating from its factory in Cologne, Germany, Toyota Motorsport runs the Panasonic Toyota Racing Formula 1 team, building its entire F1 car, both chassis and engine, in-house under one roof.

Toyota Motorsport is no stranger to success in the motorsports arena, having run World Rally Championship programmes and entries in the gruelling Le Mans 24 hours. Toyota can boast a total of three manufacturers titles in WRC, four driver titles and a total of 43 rally victories. Vacancy - Materials Co-ordinator


VACANCY
A vacancy has arisen for a Materials Co-ordinator, reporting to the Planning and Materials Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring all Material Master Data held on SAP is up to date.
Your other responsibilities will include:
• Processing drawing releases
• Creating and maintaining BoM
• Processing engineering changes and working with the Planning and Materials Manager to ensure all ECN’s are processed in a timely manner.
• Liasing with design, Engineers and production staff to maintain BoM accuracy.
• Checking integrity within SAP and Design PDM system
• Running reports within SAP and Drawing control system to ensure data integrity is maintained.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Engineering Administration/Bill of Materials and be proactive in their approach to the job with a commitment to succeed. Working as part of a small group this person will require good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft XP and SAP would be desirable.
Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with a ‘can do’, ‘teamplaying’ attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision, to strict deadlines.
